Abstract The synthesis of copper nanoparticles using a pulsed alexandrite laser is demonstrated. operated in free generation mode with pulse duration about 250 μs. target was placed distilled water and glycerin. obtained colloidal solutions were investigated by dynamic light scattering, the deposited structures studied atomic force electron microscopy. concentration depended on power radiation, scanning speed exposure time. smallest particles size at frequency 5 Hz wavelength 750 nm.
